Last night the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a 911 call for an “unspecified medical aid request,” at the Hollywood Hills home of Simon Monjack, but Simon,39, was found dead at the scene — five months after the death of wife Brittany Murphy. The cause of death is still unknown, although no criminal activity is being reported. More to come.

Corey at His Most Lovable

This is so sad. No one is invincible– stay away from drugs! Who’s next? Corey Haim died this morning at 38 years old in a Burbank hospital after a suspected overdose. Apparently, he was found with prescription pills after battling “flu-like symptoms.” Sound familiar? Brittany Murphy lost her life the same way.

Let’s try to remember how FANTASTIC he was in Lucas, The Lost Boys, and License to Drive? Long live Corey’s innocence– he was the cutest little boy. Of all his movies, Lucas was the closest to our hearts. What was yours?
