2. ENTRY & ELIGIBILITY. Enter online at http://blog.blush.com/index.php/crest-3d-white-giveaway/ by posting a comment on the blush blog (“Entry”). One Entry per person. No person may enter the Sweepstakes more than once. Entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or altered for any reason, including hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility will be ineligible.
