This is sad, twisted news. Last night the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a 911 call for an “unspecified medical aid request,” at the Hollywood Hills home of Simon Monjack, but Simon,39, was found dead at the scene — five months after the death of wife Brittany Murphy. The cause of death is still unknown, although no criminal activity is being reported. More to come.
